Project Management Functions will include:

• Identify land for development
• Determine specific market requirements and needs
• Define the products for the developments
• Develop feasibility and project viability studies
• Negotiate land acquisition with landowners
• Construct buildings as per the architects and engineers drawings and design specifications
• Prepare all contract documentation including sales contracts with attorneys
• Appoint marketing and selling agents and compile all marketing material and marketing campaigns for projects with consultants
• Act as project manager or construction manager
• Negotiate with financial institutions for development finance and end bond packages for purchasers
• Brief attorneys and land surveyors regarding all legal and statutory requirements to effect registration of land and or buildings into the names of purchasers
• Financial management and control of projects and business in general
