The international partner is SAPRO (South African Property Opportunities plc) which was incorporated in the Isle of Man with the main purpose to invest in the South African Property market. The Company initially raised £63 milion for this purpose.

The Company's investment objective is to achieve capital growth from an opportunistic portfolio of real estate assets which include commercial, industrial and residential properties in the Republic of South Africa.

The Company's strategy is to generate attractive returns by targeting opportunities in the South African property market with a view to benefiting both from active portfolio management and underlying economic growth. Investments have been made throughout South Africa but concentrated in and around South Africa's economic hub, Gauteng.
